The Jurassic Coast provides the perfect rowing playground

Last week, Explorer ambassador, Jordan Wylie, spent two days on the Jurassic Coast working together with IFit, a US based company who create incredible fitness and adventure workout sessions around the world in the most unique locations.

Rannoch Adventure is supporting the former British soldier and extreme adventurer for his “Rowing Dangerously” mission in the Bab-el-Mandeb Straits in October. Jordan used this opportunity to put in a few long days of solid training in his Explorer whilst working with IFit on the South Coast.

His adventure took him right along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, past the stunning Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. His colleague, Stephen McGrath of MadDogGiraffe Digital Media spent both days on the support vessel taking these photos and said of the Explorer:

"What a blast we had shooting these! The boat was such a worthy craft for exactly this type of rowing; stable and fast through the water, displacing the waves brilliantly and keeping you dry. We all want one for exploring. Explorer, the perfect name for this boat."

Here is the story in pictures:
